Most people don't hang around websites that don't work or they don't like so it can be hard to get constructive feedback on what people really think about it.

Just because no one has ever mentioned to you that there may be parts of your website that don't work or don't work well, does not mean you don't have problems. Often visitors will move quietly on when they cannot find what they want or view your pages correctly.
